2. Products

All products are described as accurately as possible. Product images are for illustrative purposes. Colours may vary slightly due to display settings. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time.

3. Orders and Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of a pricing error, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Payment

We accept payment via Stripe and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your payment card details. Payment must be received in full before dispatch.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free shipping on orders over €50. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or external carriers.

6. Returns and Refunds

You have the right to return most items within 14 days of receipt under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. To initiate a return, contact us at victorlatorreuceda@gmail.com. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and with tags attached.

Certain items may be excluded from returns for hygiene reasons. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos and design — is the property of Brand New Clothes and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce or use any content without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brand New Clothes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
